Meteors of large proportions struck the earth’s surface causing it’s plates to shift causing off-the-scale earthquakes and violent volcano eruptions happened without logical warning. Chaos reeked throughout cities on a global scale. For ten hours the earth’s crust was battered and cracked as the meteors entered the atmosphere. When everything settled only ten percent of the world’s human population was left remaining.
Present Day, XX22
Plant life has covered most of the planet. Many new animals have arisen out of the ashes of the old world, most of which are not friendly. Although the plants and animal life has grown tenfold, the human population has suffered dearly without their precious technology; their population dropped to an estimate of twelve million world-wide. All that the humans could salvage was a few clothing styles and what firearms they could find amongst the rubble. Most suffered a death by the creatures that hunted humans as a food source. What humans that were left in one city called Southridge Grove broke into 5 categories: Military, flesh eaters, sleepers, Nomads, and Loners. Out of those come 4 assemblies: Alpha, Cannibals, Flicken, and Blasph.
