Yes, again the plans have EVOLVED!
So, I'm still looking for troublemakers in general--there's an unlimited amount of people we need, so AGAIN more the MERRIER.
BUT... yes, there is always a but...
I do need to find 2 people in particular.
So, we need two individuals with leadership qualities.
New characters will be the easiest to intigrate into our plans, but already made characters are welcome as well-- preferrably characters that are of Wind or Water.
So if you want POWER, and curious to know what a few ingenious minds have concocted... then message me!
