Name: Gabriel [nicknamed in myth as "Malvagità Soldato"]
Gender: male
Race: Dream - Wraith
Corner Preferance: he is a rebel against all gods
Age: born at the beginning of time, dormant since the end of the beginning wars, now he has awoken once more by a calling. He is not hindered by mortal age.
Description: a ghostly apparrition in his truest state. His appearance is a faded gray mist surrouding a faceless, transparent bipedial humanoid shrouded not only in the ebony spiritual fog, but also covered by a dark black cloak--his face hidden by the inpenetrable shadows of his hood. When in his natural form, he has no physical proportions and no mortal hand can hold or touch him, only magic can bother or influence his health and existance while in this otherwordly state.
A spirit of undead proportions his death can only be issued by the forsaken words of a dissapointed master, or by a weapon point while in his physical form.
Speaking of which, his physical form, which he uses to enact his will, is in the appearance of a skilled and experienced soldier. The black cloak remains, and his garments are solid unfaded black. He remains mostly beneath the shroud of his hood, but when it is down one can see a dark mane of ebony black hair, and pale red eyes of striking clarity. Such eyes are cold and heartless, holding no warmth or compassion, only cruelty and inner power. Such eyes cannot be ignored and readily demand attention. His face is drawn and tight, the skin sticking closely to the bone. His skin his pale and to the touch it is often deathly cold. His lips are tainted a pale violet red, pasty and chilled. His expression is usually blank, but far from welcoming. He is often related to death's messanger--the one who proclaims the great End's coming.
Now, I must not forget to mention that which creates this spiritual being. He is an undead creation. He needs not food, nor water, or rest to revitalize his strength. He feeds off the darkness, and the night is his territory and his domain. His very existance lies within the waiting darkness of the deepest of shadows. When he does use his magical abilities, his strength wanes and he must pause in his activities and return to his natural status to recooperate his lost power. During such a time of renewal, his abilities are dampered and are not nearly as potent if they are effective at all. It is during these times that this intelligent weapon is most vulnerable.
Personality: Vengeful, and demonic. He holds no warm feelings towards anything. Mercy is not his forte, and he cannot be counted upon to stop any attack. He sees no difference between those who are criminal and those who are innocent. If one is promised to die, he cares little for the morals that many in this world portray--for he carries none. He however, does not wrent his rage. In fact he is rather unresponsive to fights, insults, or any other riling performance that is meant to upset him or spark his "talents." He will kill without a flicker of regret or conscience, and will not hestitate to carry out that which he has been bade to do. He feeds off fear, and pain is an unregistered emotion within his mind.
Skills: As a Dream-Wraith he has the innate abilities to haunt and intercept, even influence and "walk" within the dreams of those he chooses. However, the longer he "walks" within a person's nightmare, the more energy he drains. And as they say... if you "die" in your dream, your body dies as well. Atleast is this not what the theory is? Has it been proven? Would you risk everything to find out?
His other wordly gift is one that is rare and come only attached the part of him that does not live, that exists only within the realm of spiritual balance. This part, the wraith, is a possessive sprite. His greatest and most dangerous power is that of possession. The weak minded are the easiest of targets, but the more experienced and stronger wills of the world can prove more difficult a host. He uses this gift rarely, but when he does it is usually to create a chaos within a trusted bond of some kind, whether it is to seed doubt into the mind of an ally or to place false blame upon the shoulders of an innocent--it matters very little to the emotionless monster.
Sample Post: I'm not trying to be accepted, just thought I'd get the post out so people knew exactly what Gabe was.
It's hard to explain everything in a signiture.
