oh... there are certain ranks that an admin can give to members, and they can change the image that appears for that rank. I personally made those images, and then used their URL for the rank pictures. there's a different rank for each corner, water, wind, fire, earth. lol
I'm sry, but it's kindof hard to describe the whole rank stuff... lol
