I wrote this. I am going to write music for it, since I have the ability to. It came from boredom and I decided I liked it more than I intended to at first...I was just scribbling...and then WHAM! I hate it when that happens sometimes...I was in the middle of chem homework ( ;D )

I would like opinions...say whatever you like. Please do not steal it. I would like to make something of it in the future, so before you do anything with it, (which I doubt you will) Please ask me for permission. Thanks...

Along That Road

Looking up,
From time to time
I see the stars and trace the unseen lines.
I walk a road, long and lost.
I see your face;
The light that guides my way
Along that road.

Deep in the silence,
I close my eyes to be close to you.
My soul feels your touch
My heart skips a beat
The tears fall like rain
My memories torn and faded.
And there I stand, alone,
Along that road...along that road

The emptiness I feel cannot be cured.
The hole to steep to escape.
My life now dark, unlit by your smile
Your memory escapes me
Your light dims away
I am helpless and blind
